🐟 amok — Cambodian banking & technology law for AI agents
Cambodian banking & technology law as citable evidence for your AI agent — free remote MCP server, no signup.
amok is a free MCP server exposing Cambodian banking and technology regulation as citable evidence: text extracted verbatim from official sources (NBC, SERC, CDC), with exact article citations, validity status and source links — your AI agent decides the answer.
Connect your agent
Add this remote MCP endpoint (Streamable HTTP, public, no API key):
https://amok.danny.vn/mcp
- Claude (Pro/Max/Team) — Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the URL, no auth.
- ChatGPT (Plus/Pro/Team) — Settings → Apps & Connectors (developer mode) → Add → paste the URL.
- Gemini CLI — add under
mcpServersin~/.gemini/settings.jsonwithhttpUrlset to the endpoint. - Grok — Settings → Connectors → Add MCP server → paste the URL.
Then ask a question — your agent calls search and cites the law back to you.
⚠️ Query language matters. The corpus is
English-only: agents must translate every question to English
before calling search, then translate the evidence back. Searching in any other
language returns degraded, misleading rankings — the MCP instructions tell your agent this,
but if answers look wrong, check that it searched in English.
What your agent gets
amok does not answer questions. It returns database evidence — text extracted verbatim from official government sources — and your agent decides the answer:
- Exact citations at the provision level: Article / Clause, with the document number.
- A validity badge on every hit — repealed, superseded or not-yet-effective law is never presented as current.
- The official
source_urlfor every document, so anyone can verify the wording at the origin. - Confirmed amendment/repeal relations and verbatim amending clauses.
- Explicit coverage gaps (
corpus_status,quality_gaps) instead of confident guesses.

FAQ
Does amok answer legal questions?
No. amok is evidence-only: it returns verbatim provisions with exact citations, validity status and official source links. Your own AI agent (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok …) reads that evidence and decides the answer.
Where does the legal text come from?
Extracted verbatim from Cambodia's official sources — the National Bank of Cambodia, SERC and CDC — never generated or paraphrased. Every result links its official source page.
Is it free? Do I need an API key?
Yes, free — and no key or signup. Add the endpoint as a custom connector/MCP server in your agent and start asking.
What language should I ask in?
English — the corpus contains English translations of Cambodian regulations. Your agent should search in English for the best results.
